Needed an emergency appointment, telephoned and booked in for same day. All staff were welcoming and kind. Had x rays, examination, guidance and antibiotics dispensed during visit. Such super efficient service from start to finish. Thank you. Therapy dog on site was a joy.
I was surprised that the practice was able to book me appointment on the same day.I was really nervous about the wisdom tooth extraction but the team made me feel at ease straight away. I had an appointment this morning at Archway Dental and would really recommend it. I’m not a huge fan of the dentist normally but the team here were all so friendly and they even had a therapy dog which made me feel so much better. I felt in safe and kind hands and have already booked my return appointment.
Was terrified to return to dentist this was my first time seen a wonderful dentist Olivia she was so reassuring l was so nervous l had a tooth out, it took minutes no pain they practice was so professional it will be my dentist going forward. Even before l left l signed up my partner.

When I went to ADG to see the hygienist I had no idea what a poor state my gums were in. Nadia worked so hard to get them back to a place of health. She taught me how to maintain good gum health at home and now, in less than a year, I have a healthy mouth again. I feel like she saved me from losing my teeth. I really appreciate how hard she worked with me to get to this place. I now feel confident in my routine at home as it’s working. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nadia to friends and family.

Lovely dental practice. I've been 3 times (2 emergencies and one normal check up) and saw a different dentist every time, but they were all excellent, very thorough, explained step by step what they were doing and tried very hard not to hurt you (as much as possible). The receptionist is also very nice and professional. The practice has a nice ambience-clean and state of the art but cozy (probably as it's in a former house). Will remain a patient as long as I'm in the area :).
Nadia is a fantastic hygienist, I come from south West London to see her specifically, she's that good. Calm friendly manner, attentive to concerns, thorough but gentle clean and Polish, sparkling teeth! Reception staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Amazing service. I came in with my 5 month old baby and all the staff were v accommodating including the receptionist who bounced her while I had the hygienist clean my teeth and she was grumbling. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced.
I have only visited this dental practice for a consultation once as I have only just joined it. The visit went very well and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The dentist who saw me gave my a teeth a thorough examination, took x-rays and explained everything as she was going along. She was gentle, friendly and very competent. After about 20 minutes she gave my teeth a clean bill of health and complemented on how well they had been looked after. The practice seems very efficient, clean, well equipped and friendly. So far so good!

Great emergency dentist, called after 9am, appointment at 2pm and all sorted by half 2! Could not recommend them enough. The dentist I had, I did no catch her name but she was really great, through, give me all the detail and lovely to chat to. All the work I needed was included in the £70 fee so I was chuffed. Definitely worth knowing.

Travelled from SE London to get a hygienist appointment with Natasha Joshi... which speaks for itself! My first appointment with her was a complete game changer for me that I had to come back as soon as I could. Natasha Joshi is extremely thorough with her process, and makes you feel at ease throughout the appointment. I've been seeing hygienists for 6+ years now but she is by far the best I've found, and has taught me a lot! If you're looking to get your teeth cleaned properly incl. removing stains, and improving your general oral hygiene, I cannot recommend booking with Natasha enough. Thanks so much again!
I was very worried about going to the dentist for the first time in several years, I was given a detailed questionnaire about my health to fill in and I was seen very quickly and made to feel much more comfortable. Dr Louise was amazing- in fact all the staff were lovely and the added bonus was Ralph the emotional support dog. He made me feel so much better. Thank you for all your help today. Definitely feel better about my treatment from now on.

Honestly? The best dentist clinic in London! I needed to do a wisdom tooth extraction, messaged them later in the night and was booked for the following day, right in the morning. Super quickly, had x-ray done, problem analysed and solved. Staff were so friendly, Lynda was super helpful and the dentists Olivia and Alicia were incredible, funny and made the experience a lot less scary than it should be and their prices are so fair, not mention they allow you to finance it if it’s too expensive, something very thoughtful towards the customers. They definitely have a new patient now!Ps.: THEY HAVE A THERAPIST DOG ??? He’s the cutest!

I have been to Archway Dental Group twice and both times I have received excellent treatment in an environment that is professional yet relaxed and welcoming. Both Joanna (dentist) and Natasha (hygienist) were friendly, helpful and communicative, taking the time to answer my questions and giving me plenty of advice. I don't think anyone actually enjoys going to the dentist - but this is the closest I've ever come to doing so!
Not quite sure why the practice has glowing reviews. Not a dire experience but fairly demoralising. In terms of positives, the receptionist was kind and helpful. However, my emergency appointment was very quick and the examination/x-ray was very rough compared with experiences elsewhere. I was a bit taken aback when the x-ray mouthpiece was forced in! Dentist had a friendly demeanour but I left feeling uncertain and hopeless about the way ahead which I think had a lot to do with the tone of the advice - there was a lot of “none of these options are good” messaging which doesn’t suit me. Dentist unable to treat on the spot too, even to patch up the problem, but that might be my predicament (I’m getting a second opinion so it wouldn’t be fair to judge that here). I saw someone not on the website so not sure if I was unlucky (?)
I've seen hygienist Natasha today and to my surprise I felt relaxed and comfortable. She was gentle, precise and just professional. I was worried that my gums would be sore and bleeding after the procedure (as usual) but there was no reason for it. My gums were in perfect condition, with no bleeding or signs of irritation. It was a very nice experience. I would recommend ADG for 100%. All staff is helpful and professional. Genuinely, excellent service!
Not all hygienist are equal in this practice.Nadia is the best hygienist I've had, by far. She was very thorough cleaning my teeth and gums, then spent quality time with me to show me everything she found, how that would impact my dental health, how to better brush, etc. I will make sure she's my exclusive hygienist from now on.My wife and I were however disappointed by the hygienist Louise we both went to see 3 months ago. After 3 years not seeing a hygienist, Louise spent only 10 minutes on my gums before sending me home, and to little surprise some of my gums didn't stop bleeding after this visit. Thankfully, 3 months later, Nadia spent 30 minutes on my gums and did a much more thorough job.Joanna is the dentist I've been to there and she is a very pleasant person. Didn't spend much time with her though since I've only needed teeth cleaning, a job which was left to the hygienist.The reception is friendly and efficient too.

As my usual dentist is currently closed, I thought I’d try Archway Dental Group for a Hygienist appointment. I am so happy I did. ?I saw Natasha (The hygienist) and Alisha (Nurse) they make a great team. I usually don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but I can honestly say this experience was the best ever. My teeth look amazing, better than I thought they could without getting them whitened.I felt no discomfort at all whilst having it done.I would recommend ADG and will definitely be going back.
I was recommended this practice by a friend and I will be doing likewise. Managed to be squeezed in last minute by Dentist Jo as an emergency and everything was sorted within the one visit. I will certainly be returning for all my routine requirements!

I had my first dental hygiene today with Nadia and it was absolutely great. Not only she is sweet and caring, but she is extremely professional, attentive to details, she checks on you often, waits for your feedback and acts on it. She has done an amazing work with my teeth, and on top of that, she provides a lovely human touch to the whole experience being so lovely and a true active listener. Could not recommend her enough.
My treatment was done by Nadia she was greAt and precise in her job she advises me on how to clean and maintain my teeth and gums I will certainly go back and refer to my friend. Her chair assistant delivered a perfect service too, unfortunately, I don't remember her name. Well done to the staff
I never thought I would enjoy a dentist visit. But wow. I went for emergency due to major tooth ache. Great and polite staff, almost pain free. I didn’t even feel my tooth coming out and barely noticed the injection being done. Absolutely incredible. I can praise them all enough. I will not be using my old dentist anymore and will be using ADC from now on. I can recommend ADC to all, and I never thought I would recommend a dentist. Well done to you all.
