Dr Charlotte Craven is a dentist and aesthetic practitioner with over 10 years of experience. Charlotte prides herself on providing a holistic, ‘whole-face’ approach to care and giving natural results, making you feel refreshed. Charlotte has a background in oral and maxillofacial surgery, having trained at Guys and St Thomas’ and Musgrove Park NHS Hospitals. She qualified at the University of Bristol and is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.
In order to completely assess the needs of each individual, Charlotte always conducts a consultation to create a treatment plan that’s specific to that individual. This involves assessing each of the following.
- Wrinkle assessment;
- Volume loss assessment;
- Skin health analysis
- General health and well-being:
After this full assessment and consultation, Charlotte will advise you on how best to approach your treatment plan, and together will devise a treatment plan to achieve the best possible results. This may involve single or multiple treatments.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
Botulinum toxin-A is a prescription-only medicine and a consultation to discuss suitability and treatment options will always be carried out. We use ‘Botox’ by Allergan, which is administered via injection into the muscle to help relax specific areas.
During your consultation, Charlotte will carefully assess your skin and facial structure so that together, we can work out the best treatments for you.

Facial Contouring
Dermal fillers are used to temporarily restore volume loss, improve skin appearance and enhance facial contours. They can be used to recontour the cheeks, refresh lips, and sharpen the jawline to help harmonise the face and restore volume for natural-looking results.
Fillers used at Charlotte are composed of hyaluronic acid gel which is a substance naturally found in our bodies. Hyaluronic acid is abundant in skin and essential for our skin hydration. These fillers are fully reversible and are used to replace lost volume or enhance an area that you may feel is lacking in volume. During your consultation Charlotte will carefully assess your skin and facial structure so that together, we can work out the best treatments for you.

Profhilo® is an injectable skin treatment which produces a refreshed yet natural look, restoring skin lacking in lustre, volume and glow. Profhilo® is the perfect rejuvenating treatment to combat these signs of skin ageing. As we age, we lose collagen, fat and elastin in the skin, which results in the appearance of fine lines, loss of plumpness and a general dulling of the skin. Profhilo® is a full facial treatment that also acts as a ‘bio-remodeller’, stimulating new collagen and elastin production to plump and restore the skin. Primarily, Profhilo® is used to treat the face, but it can also be used to rejuvenate the neck, décolletage, hands, arms and even knees.
As an authorised Profhilo® practitioner, Charlotte recommends a course of at least two treatments to ensure the best results.

Skin Boosters
Skin boosters act as a natural moisturiser for your skin. They are made of a soft gel-like substance, called hyaluronic acid. As the name suggests, they boost the skin’s natural action to improve its texture, quality and appearance. The result is natural glowing skin, and fine lines and wrinkles will also improve. Skin boosters can also be used to reduce the signs of acne and sun damage.
What are the benefits of skin boosters?

Medical grade skincare is often also referred to as pharmaceutical grade skincare or cosmeceuticals ie. a blend of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. It is a category of specialist skincare products that are typically formulated with a higher concentration of active ingredients compared to skincare products you find on the high street.
Obagi Nu-Derm® System
This prescription-based system transforms the skin and improves visible signs of ageing. It is ideal for hyperpigmentation, melasma, sun spots, rough uneven skin and appearance of skin laxity.
